  • Für unsere Liegenschaftsverwaltung in und um 95138 Bad Steben suchen wir einen
  • Maler / Trockenbauer (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene handwerkliche Berufsausbildung, bevorzugt als Maler oder Trockenbauer
  • oder umfassende handwerkliche Kenntnisse aus Vorberufen
  • schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Fähigkeit zur Problemlösung
  • sauberes Arbeiten, wie es in Wohn-Immobilien erforderlich ist
  • Teamgeist in der Zusammenarbeit mit unseren anderen handwerklichen Mitarbeitern in der Liegenschaftsverwaltung
  • sicheres Deutsch für die Kommunikation mit Handwerkern und zur Materialbeschaffung

Zu Ihren Tätigkeiten gehören u.a.:

  • Maler- und Lackierarbeiten im Innen- und Außenbereich
  • Spachtel-, Schleif- und Tapezierarbeiten
  • Errichtung von Trockenbauwänden
  • Renovierungsarbeiten an/in Immobilien und Inneneinrichtung
