Die Aufgaben:

  • Fertigung von GFK-Bauteilen (Glasfaserverstärkter Kunststoff) und Negativformen (Formenbau) im Handauflegeverfahren
  • Laminierung nach strukturellen Laminatplänen, u.a. Auflage von unterschiedlichen Glasfasertypen auf Negativformen, Benetzung mittels Tränkanlagen und Entlüftung
  • Beschichtung fertiger Bauteile (Topcoat) und von Negativformen (Gelcoat)
  • Finishing der GFK-Bauteile, u.a. Auffüllen, Feinschliff, Hochglanzpolitur und Besäumung
  • Wartung der Formen, u.a. Reparatur und Pflege sowie chemische Trennung
  • Sicherstellung der Produktqualität, Einhaltung von Prozess- und Arbeitsanweisungen und Nachbehandlung von Mängeln

Die Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maler (m/w/d), (Fahrzeug-) Lackierer (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Organisationstalent sowie eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
