Die europersonal GmbH ist ein Personaldienstleister mit Erlaubnis zur Arbeitnehmerüberlassung. Für den Einsatz bei unserem Kundenunternehmen in München suchen wir ab März 2027 mehrere Maler und Lackierer (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Korrosionsschutz im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung. Sie werden bei uns angestellt und im Kundenbetrieb eingesetzt.

## Ihre Aufgaben im Kundenbetrieb

  • Korrosionsschutzarbeiten an Stahl- und Metallkonstruktionen
  • Untergrundvorbereitung, z. B. durch Strahlen
  • Auftragen von Beschichtungen im Spritz- und Streichverfahren
  • Arbeiten in der Höhe, teilweise mit Seilzugangstechnik
  • Einhaltung der Arbeitsschutz- und Qualitätsvorgaben vor Ort

## Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Maler und Lackierer (m/w/d)
  • Vorzugsweise Erfahrung im Korrosionsschutz (Spritzen, Strahlen, Streichen)
  • Höhentauglichkeit
  • Idealerweise Industriekletterschein (FISAT Level 1–3)
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Sorgfalt und Teamfähigkeit
