Erstellung von Abrechnungsblättern

Mengenermittlung aus den Plänen oder Naturmaß

Arbeitsvorbereitung und Ressourcenplanung

Unterstützung der Bauleitung bei Angebotslegung, Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen und Kostenschätzungen

Dokumentation und Baustellenbesichtigungen vor Ort

Im besten Fall bringen Sie mit:

Verlässlichkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL Innenausbau, Malermeister oder vergleichbares)

Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Kaufmännisches Geschick und technisches Fachwissen

EDV Kenntnisse (MS Office, Outlook)

Führerschein B

Erfahrung in der Malerbranche

Das können Sie sich erwarten:

Eine langfristige Festanstellung beim Marktführer

Aufstiegschancen zum/zur Bauleiter*in (m/w/d)

Geregelte Arbeitszeiten, kurze/lange Woche

Für diese Position ist ein Jahresbruttobezug ab 40.000 EUR vorgesehen, abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
