Aufgrund des konstanten Wachstums suchen wir zur Verstärkung unserer Technikabteilung ab sofort einen engagierten und qualifizierten Malermeister/-in.

  • Aufgaben:
  • Verantwortlich für technische und kaufmännische Baustellenabwicklung
  • Baustellencontrolling (QS, Prüfung, Aufmaß und Abnahme der Bauvorhaben)
  • Angebotserstellung, Rechnungsstellung, Kalkulation und Nachkalkulation von Aufträgen
  • Personaleinsatzplanung, Materialdisposition
  • Budgetverantwortung
  • Führungsverantwortung für 10-15 Mitarbeiter
  • Anforderungen:
  • Bauingenieur, Bautechniker, Malermeister mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusatzausbildung
  • wie z.B. Betriebswirt im Handwerk
  • Solide Erfahrung in der Bauleitung und im Umgang mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen,
  • ausgeprägter technischer Hintergrund
  • Führungserfahrung und Führungskompetenzen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Produkten
  • Aufgeschlossen, überzeugend und verhandlungssicher
  • Führerschein Klasse B
