### Ihre Aufgaben:

-Planung, Durchführung und Koordination der administrativen Vorgänge

-Erledigung der Korrespondenz der Geschäftsführung nach Diktat sowie selbstständig

-Terminplanung und -koordinierung

-Vorbereitung und Planung der Dienstreisen

-Bearbeitung und Erstellung von Vertragsunterlagen und Präsentationen

-Vor -und Nachbereitungen von Besprechungen

-Unterstützung des Officemanagements

### Ihr Profil:

-Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung

-Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit sowie eine sehr gute Selbstorganisation und Lösungskompetenz

-Leistungsbereitschaft und Motivation

-Diskretion und Loyalität

-Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

-Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

-Teamorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten
