Management Consulting, Senior Consultant - Clarity Partners (part of Teneo)

The Role

As a Senior Consultant at Clarity Partners, you will work directly with clients, Partners and experienced colleagues to solve complex strategic and commercial challenges. From an early stage, you will take ownership of workstreams, shape analyses and recommendations, and contribute to decisions that create lasting value for private equity investors, portfolio companies and management teams.

Working in small, collaborative teams, you will gain broad exposure across strategy, transactions and value creation while continuing to develop as a trusted advisor.

What You will Do

Deliver high-quality research, analysis and client insights across a range of projects.

Lead workstreams and smaller engagements with support from senior colleagues.

Build trusted relationships with client teams, proactively managing day-to-day interactions and escalating issues where appropriate.

Develop clear, client-ready presentations and recommendations.

Contribute to business development and support the continued growth of the firm.

Education & Experience

We are looking for candidates with 2+ years of management consulting experience. Beyond that, there is no single path to success at Clarity Partners.
