Management Trainee – Customer Experience

CX (Customer Experience) | 0–1 years | Full Time | Bangalore

Role Name: Management Trainee – Customer Experience

At Kapture CX, we are looking for a Management Trainee to join our Customer Experience team.

Who are we?

Kapture CX is an AI-native customer experience platform helping enterprises turn their messiest service operations into seamless, intelligent experiences. We build cutting-edge AI (agentic automation, voice AI, real-time intelligence) for industries where complexity is the default: banking, financial services, retail, ecommerce and beyond.

Headquartered in Bangalore with a growing presence in the US and Dubai, we serve 1,000+ enterprise clients across 18+ countries. We’ve raised $20M to date, we’re profitable, and we’re growing 100% year on year, a combination that’s rare at the intersection of AI and SaaS.

Today we’re a 400+ strong team, and we’re looking for people who want to build AI that actually ships, scales and solves real problems.

What is this role all about?

As a Management Trainee – Customer Experience, you will work on the technical and operational aspects of Kapture’s SaaS and AI-powered platform. You will gain hands-on exposure to platform operations, technical troubleshooting, API and integration flows, reporting and dashboards, automation, and AI-powered solutions.

Working closely with experienced team members, you will learn to investigate technical issues, analyse platform data, support bot operations, build utilities, and contribute to improving platform reliability and operational efficiency.

This is a six-month training programme designed to build the technical capabilities required for an Analyst role. Based on performance, learning progress, and demonstrated role readiness, you will be considered for conversion to Analyst – Customer Experience at the end of six months.

Sounds interesting?

Here’s a more detailed description of what you will do in this role:

Technical Expertise

  • Support the team in monitoring platform health, identifying issues, and understanding system availability and performance.
  • Assist in troubleshooting application and API issues, learning to analyse logs, error codes and payloads to find the source.
  • Support API validation and testing using tools such as Postman, including understanding requests, responses, authentication, headers, and status codes.
  • Support bot operations and configuration-related activities across AI-powered customer experience solutions.
  • Work on basic scripts, utilities, and automation using Python, SQL, or equivalent technologies to simplify repetitive tasks.

Client Engagement

  • Work with CX and other customer-facing teams to understand customer workflows and provide relevant technical inputs.
  • Assist in documenting technical findings, troubleshooting steps, and issue updates.

Project & Delivery Management

  • Assist in tracking and following up on production issues, support requests, and technical activities through to closure.
  • Participate in implementation, testing, configuration and deployment validation as assigned.

Business Acumen

  • Assist in analysing ticket trends, platform data, and operational metrics to identify recurring issues and patterns.
  • Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards based on operational and project requirements.
  • Help translate technical findings into structured inputs for Product, Engineering, and CX teams.

This is a Bangalore-based role.

We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

What does success look like in this role?

Success in this role means:

  • Developing a strong understanding of Kapture’s SaaS platform, its architecture, and key technical workflows.
  • Demonstrating the ability to investigate and troubleshoot basic technical issues with guidance, building familiarity with APIs, integrations, logs, and API testing tools.
  • Developing basic scripting and automation capabilities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrating ownership, learning agility, and the ability to independently handle assigned responsibilities over time.

At the end of six months, the Management Trainee will be evaluated on technical proficiency, problem-solving ability, execution, ownership, and overall readiness for the Analyst – Customer Experience role. Conversion will be based on performance and successful demonstration of the required capabilities.

What would make you a good fit for this role?

Here are the basic requirements:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • You have a foundational understanding of APIs, REST services, databases, and basic HTTP concepts.
  • You have basic exposure to SQL and/or Python, with an interest in using them for analysis and automation.
  • You have an understanding of technical troubleshooting and the ability to break down problems logically.
  • You are comfortable working with data, bring strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, and have an interest in building reports and dashboards.
  • You have good written and verbal communication skills and can document technical findings clearly.
  • You are proactive, curious, and willing to learn new technologies and tools.

You will have an advantage if you:

  • Have exposure to API testing tools such as Postman.
  • Have exposure to monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana or centralized logging.
  • Have an interest in AI, chatbots, voicebots, and conversational AI technologies.
  • Have exposure to SaaS platforms, application support, or technical operations.

Why should you be interested?

Here’s what you will gain from this role:

  • Hands-on exposure to large-scale SaaS and AI-powered customer experience platforms.
  • Exposure to AI-powered solutions, bot operations, and implementation workflows.
  • Opportunity to work closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Experience teams.
  • A structured six-month learning and development opportunity, with the potential to transition into an Analyst – Customer Experience role based on performance.
