Ihre Kernaufgaben:

  • Disposition & Telefon: Zuverlässige Entgegennahme von Fahrtwünschen, Koordination unserer Fahrzeuge und effiziente Tourenplanung für das Fahrpersonal.
  • Auftragsbearbeitung & Abrechnung: Abwicklung der Transportaufträge sowie die monatliche Abrechnung und Korrespondenz mit Krankenkassen, Institutionen und Privatkunden.
  • Organisation: Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung. Bei Bedarf Durchführung von Taxifahrten und Krankentransporten.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung (idealerweise im Transport-, Logistik- oder Gesundheitswesen).
  • Organisationstalent, Belastbarkeit bei hohem Telefonaufkommen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Einen freundlichen, empathischen Umgang mit Kunden und Patienten.
  • PC-Kenntnisse (MS Office, Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in Branchensoftware).
