Ihr Aufgabenbereich

  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei allgemeinen organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von (englischen) Präqualifikationen, Angeboten und Projektunterlagen
  • Laufende Aktualisierung und Pflege angebotsrelevanter Unterlagen und Referenzen
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Abwicklung internationaler Verträge
  • Betreuung der Website und Social-Media-Kanäle
  • Organisation und Buchung von Auslandsreisen und Visa
  • Erstellung von Rechnungen und Zahlungsplänen

Ihre Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Interesse an internationalen Projekten und technischen Themen
