RVO Health is a health technology company on a mission to make health easier to navigate, more accessible, and more affordable for everyone.

Here, you'll help over 40 million people every month, with a team that genuinely cares about the work and each other.

At A Glance

The Account Planning & Success (APS) team is a vital part of our Media business. We oversee the operational planning and execution of digital ad campaigns, focusing on client satisfaction and campaign success. Our collaborative spirit drives us to partner closely with Sales, clients, and other supporting teams to ensure campaigns are planned and executed flawlessly, consistently exceeding expectations. As a Manager, Account Planning & Success, you own accurate, on-time execution across your book of business.

Where You'll Be

Location: New York City | Hybrid

We believe great collaboration happens when we're together, solving problems, learning from each other, and connecting as a team. That's why we’re in our offices Tuesday through Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

Office address: 250 Park Ave South New York, NY 10003

What You’ll Do

Campaign Management & Execution

Build and revise media plans within SLA, ensuring every plan is accurate and deliverable before it reaches a client.

Validate inventory feasibility before every plan goes out the door, flagging gaps early rather than after a plan is already live.

Handle day-to-day changes, optimizations, and maintenance of media plans. Maintain media plans in the Order Management System for accurate invoicing and revenue booking. Process insertion order changes and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on campaign tactics and expectations.

Collaborate with AdOps, Performance, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution — delivering on time, mitigating revenue risk, and meeting or exceeding KPIs. Align on client monthly billing requirements.

Flag billing or IO discrepancies the moment they're spotted, and keep systems in sync so confirmations go out clean.

Take ownership of data accuracy within sales workflow systems and tools.

Client Relations

Handle time-sensitive inquiries to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Engage with clients at meetings and events to strengthen relationships and support renewals and retention.

Strategic Partnership

Help brainstorm and plan compelling proposals for top-tier advertising partners in the pharmaceutical and wellness industries, ensuring alignment with strategic campaign objectives including inventory management.

Handle media plan changes for performance reallocations as well as proactive and reactive incremental offerings, coordinating efforts between cross-functional teams to maximize campaign success.

Serve as a trusted subject matter expert across key areas the APS team is responsible for, proactively sharing knowledge, best practices, and trends with the immediate team and cross-functional partners alike.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in digital publishing sales support or a digital agency in planning or buying (pharmaceutical experience is a plus)

Exceptional written and verbal communication and client services skills

Positive attitude when responding to frequent deadlines for multiple stakeholders, both internal and external — lead with a sense of urgency

Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach and the instinct to challenge assumptions rather than take a request at face value

Strong fluency in digital media pricing models (CPM, CPUV, CPC, etc.)

Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, DCM, Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, CRM tools, and order management systems (e.g., Operative, Salesforce, OMS)

Familiarity with Crossix, IQVIA, IAS, DoubleVerify, etc.

Bachelor’s degree required
