Responsibilities:

• •Facilitate customer inspection activities.
• •Handle customer queries and ensure adherence to quality protocols.
• •prepared/ maintain comprehensive documentation related to quality, including inspection reports, calibration reports of instruments, NCR. Rejection report & DATA, QAP Work Instruction.
• •Maintain inspection logs and provide customer reports.
• •Maintaining instruments calibration record and review the same on monthly basis
• •Collaborate and negotiation skill.
• •Develop and maintain Quality standards.
• •having a knowledge of IS, IEC and other international standards relevant to transformer industries.
• •Technical knowledge of transformer components.
• •Participate in internal and external ISO audits.
• •Inspection and testing skills of transformer components.
• •Communication and interpersonal skills
• •Reviewing /Making of MQP (Manufacturing Quality Plan) to obtaining required clearances.
• •Interpreting technical drawings and documentation related to transformers.
• •Monitoring performance by gathering data and generating statistical reports.
• •Identifying training needs and delivering training on quality and testing procedures.
• •Working with internal teams to ensure quality and compliance.
• •Communicating with customers and other Department regarding inspection results and issues.
• •Develop and implement inspection procedures.
• •Identify and resolve quality issues and problem-solving skills.
• •Maintain records and documentation related to Customer Inspection.
• •Knowledge of Conducting RCA through quality module.

Qualification :

-BE/B-Tech (Elect/Mech) or Diploma (Elect/Mech)

Min 10 years experience in 220/400kV class transformers for BE/B-Tech or min 15 years experience in 220/400kV class transformers for Diploma.
