The Biology Manager will manage Biology team and lead ongoing cell therapy development projects, manage internal and external collaborations, and ensure the successful delivery of technical and strategic objectives across multiple workstreams.

This position reports to the Biology Team Direct; Bill Shingleton and is part of the Cell Tehrapy R&D Business Unit located in Signy and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

• •Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of postdoctoral researchers, scientists, and technicians working across multiple Cell Therapy projects.
• •Serve as the primary liaison between the biology team and project core teams, enabling efficient information flow and alignment across functions.
• •Lead day-to-day execution of multiple Cell Therapy Biology projects and ensure achievement of project milestones.
• •Prepare and deliver project updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
• •Coordinate ongoing collaborative projects with academic, clinical, and industrial partners.

Who you are:

• •PhD or MSc in Cell Biology, Immunology, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or related scientific discipline.
• •5+ years of industry experience in Cell & Gene Therapy, bioprocessing, or related field.
• •Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• •Strong understanding of cell therapy manufacturing workflows and associated challenges.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• •Experience working with external collaborators, clinical centers, or industrial partners.
• •Familiarity with GMP manufacturing environments and regulatory requirements.
• •Experience in automation, process analytical technologies (PAT), or digitalization of bioprocesses.
