Our Instrument Licensing Services team manages and licenses a diverse portfolio of Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs), supporting their implementation, translation, scoring, and use across clinical research and healthcare settings.

We are seeking a COA Manager to lead and manage a portfolio of cardiovascular-related outcome assessment instruments. This role combines scientific expertise, portfolio management, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our cardiovascular assets are positioned for growth and ready to support global client needs.

Role Summary

The COA Manager will be responsible for the lifecycle management, operational readiness, scientific integrity, and commercial success of assigned cardiovascular COA assets. This individual will serve as a key subject matter expert and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize the value, adoption, and impact of these instruments across clinical trials, real-world evidence studies, registries, and emerging healthcare use cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a portfolio of cardiovascular Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) assets , ensuring their scientific integrity, market readiness, and long-term success.
  • Drive product lifecycle management , supporting asset development, enhancements, implementation, and strategic portfolio expansion.
  • Partner cross-functionally with scientific, operational, and commercial teams to ensure assets are ready for client delivery and positioned to meet evolving market needs.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and business impact , supporting forecasting, revenue growth, and strategic decision-making.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in cardiovascular outcomes , contributing to innovative healthcare, real-world evidence, and Population Health initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced degree (Master's, PhD, PharmD, MPH, etc.) preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following: Clinical Research Outcomes Research Real-World Evidence Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Industry COA Development or Licensing Product or Portfolio Management

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs), Patient-Reported Outcomes (PROs), or patient-centered measurement .
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
