We’re looking for someone who sees possibilities, brings a point of view and moves ideas from concept to impact. You’re energized by a blank page, comfortable challenging familiar approaches and excited to experiment with new ways to capture attention and build connection. You can move seamlessly from advising a senior executive to shaping a town hall to producing a video or social post.

Bring a strong editorial point of view and an instinct for what will make employees stop, pay attention and engage.
  • Lead through a global matrix
  • Partner with Coach and Tapestry stakeholders across regions and functions to ensure communications are globally consistent and locally relevant, while keeping work moving across a complex organization.
  • Learn, experiment and raise the bar
  • Use audience insights, engagement data and communications metrics to understand what is working and what could work better. Test new approaches, formats and channels and apply learnings quickly. Stay close to culture, fashion, media, technology and the changing ways people consume information.

The accomplished individual will possess…
