JOB DESCRIPTION
The Manager, Digital Growth and Product Marketing is responsible for executing the day-to-day marketing campaigns, audience communications and growth experiments for new digital features that have been developed. This includes audience growth and user retention across our owned and operated platforms; our website, mobile apps, and Connected TV (CTV) applications to achieve the revenue goals for the digital business.
This role leads the monetization of our new digital business initiatives, oversees the incubation and testing of new digital lines of business, and directs the go-to-market (GTM) and product marketing strategies for all new digital features and content experiences.
The position works closely with Product Development, Engineering, Ad Sales, Editorial, and Data teams to ensure new digital initiatives are optimized for consumer engagement, user registration, and revenue optimization.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITES
Campaign and Feature Execution
Build and deploy promotional campaigns across owned digital channels to drive user awareness and adoption of key product features, including Games, Vertical Video formats, and personalized content feeds.
CRM & Messaging Operations and Tracking
Set up, test, and schedule daily and automated CRM communications (email, push notifications, in-app messages) targeting specific user segments to boost registration and retention.
Track KPIs and prepare reporting to measure success with Business Intelligence teams
Test new promotional efforts to attract new and current users
Prepare status reports and summaries for senior management
Monetization & Commerce Support
Coordinate the tactical setup of affiliate link placements, sponsored game features, and advertiser-driven integrations in collaboration with commercial teams.
Testing & Analytics Tracking
Run A/B tests on messaging, copy, and visual creative to optimize campaign conversion rates. Track day-to-day user engagement, registration funnels, and churn metrics to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Experience in product marketing, digital growth or CRM management within a digital media high-scale consumer tech company
Direct operational experience using modern CRM tools (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), web/app analytics platforms, and A/B testing software.
Strong project management and organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple campaign rollouts simultaneously.
Comfort working with user data, tracking performance KPIs, and converting test results into optimization tactics.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $102,000.00-115,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
