Position Summary
The Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for executing and optimizing HB Wealth's digital marking efforts across organic search, paid media, website optimization, marketing automation, and emerging AI-driven discovery channels. This is a hands-on role for a digital marketer who is comfortable both managing projects and doing the work required to move them forward. The Manager will actively build, launch, monitor, analyze, and improve digital marketing initiatives while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of outcomes, consistently follows through on commitments, and enjoys solving problems This individual combines strong execution skills with an analytical mindset, and continuously looks for practical ways to improve marketing performance, processes, and results.
This position works closely with other members of the marketing team, business development, internal partners, and external agency partners to attract, engage, and convert high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth prospects.
Job Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Execute and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across organic search, paid search, paid social, display advertising, email marketing, and emerging digital channels.
- Manage day-to-day execution of digital campaigns and coordinate with external agency partners and vendors, including campaign setup, monitoring, testing, deliverables, and optimization.
- Monitor marketing qualified leads (MQLs), sales qualified leads (SQLs), and digital pipeline contribution and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Review campaign performance regularly and make hands-on adjustments to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and return on investment.
- Track digital marketing spend and assist with managing budgets across channels.
Search Visibility & Optimization
- Execute Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives designed to improve visibility across traditional and AI-driven search.
- Work directly within digital marketing and search platforms and partner with external agencies and internal stakeholders on keyword strategy, content optimization, paid search campaigns, and technical improvements.
- Monitor rankings, traffic, search performance, and campaign results to identify opportunities to increase visibility, authority, and discoverability across priority topics and audiences.
- Stay current on changes in search, AI-driven discovery, and digital marketing best practices and recommend practical improvements.
Website & Conversion Optimization
- Manage website optimization efforts focused on driving user engagement and conversion performance.
- Create, update, and optimize landing pages and conversion pathways in partnership with internal and external resources.
- Execute conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives and A/B tests.
- Review website analytics and visitor behavior to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement, and make or coordinate website updates needed to support campaigns and lead generation.
Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing
- Build, maintain, and optimize lead nurturing programs using marketing automation platforms.
- Create and update workflows, email campaigns, audience segments, forms, and other automation components that help move prospects through the buyer journey.
- Test and troubleshoot marketing automation workflows to ensure they are functioning as intended.
- Partner with business development and CRM team members to improve lead handoff, engagement, and conversion processes.
- Maintain accurate lead tracking, segmentation, attribution, and reporting.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor digital marketing performance across campaigns and channels, prepare recurring reporting, and partner with the business intelligence team to develop and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide actionable insights into marketing performance.
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends, performance issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate data into clear recommendations and actionable next steps, and track results of marketing tests and optimizations to inform future work.
- Review marketing data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies when identified.
Collaboration & Content Strategy
- Partner with other marketing team members to develop and execute campaigns and digital content that attract and engage high-value prospects, including coordinating timelines, assets, approvals, and implementation.
- Ensure digital content and experiences are consistent, aligned with brand, and appropriate for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth audiences.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations for improving campaigns, content, processes, and marketing performance, and provide support across the marketing function as priorities and business needs evolve.
Requirements
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to independently execute digital marketing work from initial setup through monitoring, reporting, and optimization, with strong follow-through and ownership of tasks and results.
- Self-starter who works independently, exercises sound judgment, and can be trusted to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to identify issues and make improvements.
- Ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution depending on the needs of the project.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and work hands-on in execution-focused aspects of digital marketing.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to keep work moving across multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and improve.
- High level of accountability, professionalism, integrity, and reliability.
- Willingness to contribute wherever needed within a collaborative marketing team.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience executing digital marketing campaigns and lead generation programs.
- Experience working directly with SEO, paid media, and digital marketing platforms.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot
