Job Posting Title Manager - EHS

Education Qualification • • Bachelor’s degree in Safety / Environmental / Engineering or relevant field.

• NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certification preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Indian statutory EHS requirements and compliance.

• Experience in risk assessment, safety audits, incident investigation, and emergency management.

Total Years of Experience • 8 to15+ years of progressive experience in project management and/or related training.

Prior supervisory experience managing EHS operation across different locations or regions.

Responsibilities • • Ensure EHS policy and statutory compliance.

• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

• Identify hazards and implement corrective/preventive actions.

• Monitor PPE, PTW, JSA, and safe work practices.

• Manage incident/accident investigation and reporting.

• Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and mock drills.

• Monitor fire safety and emergency preparedness.

• Ensure contractor/vendor EHS compliance.

• Maintain EHS records, reports, and statutory documentation.

• Track EHS KPIs and corrective action closure.

• Coordinate with clients, auditors, and statutory authorities.

• Drive continuous improvement and safety awareness.

Supervisory Duties • Manage the EHS operation across the region.
