We are seeking an experienced Manager, ERP Finance Lead to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions for enterprise clients. This role combines deep finance functional expertise with client advisory, delivery leadership, solution governance, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank Management, Fixed Assets, financial reporting, period close, and financial controls.
Drive finance process transformation aligned with business objectives, control requirements, and industry practices.
Lead discovery and requirements workshops, translating business needs into functional designs and delivery priorities.
Provide functional architecture, solution governance, and quality oversight throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Advise finance executives, controllers, project sponsors, and other stakeholders on process, reporting, controls, automation, and adoption.
Lead finance workstreams, managing scope, risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
Coordinate functional delivery across technical, data, integration, testing, and change management teams.
Lead and develop onshore and offshore consultants through coaching, knowledge sharing, and clear performance expectations.
Support pre-sales and business development through discovery, assessments, estimates, proposals, demonstrations, and solution envisioning.
Contribute to ERP practice growth through reusable assets, capability development, and strategic client opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Certified:
MB‑310 — Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
AB-730 – D365 AI Business Professional
AB-731 – D365 AI Transformation Leader
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
CPA, CGA, CMA, CA, or equivalent finance qualification.
Experience in consulting organizations delivering enterprise transformations.
Leadership Expectations
Demonstrates recognized expertise in ERP Finance and applies sound judgment to complex client and delivery decisions.
Leads through influence, collaboration, and accountability across multidisciplinary teams.
Balances client outcomes, delivery quality, team development, and commercial objectives.
What Success Looks Like
Finance transformation outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.
Clients demonstrate strong satisfaction and confidence in the solution and advisory support.
Project risks, decisions, dependencies, and governance are managed proactively.
Consulting talent grows through effective coaching, feedback, and meaningful delivery opportunities.
Reusable assets and sales contributions create measurable value for the ERP practice.
Key Skills & Capabilities
7+ years of experience delivering ERP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementations.
Deep expertise in core finance processes, including financial accounting, period close, controls, and reporting.
Experience leading finance workstreams on medium to large ERP transformation programs.
Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, workshop facilitation, and client relationship skills.
Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies, project governance, and quality management.
Experience mentoring consultants and leading distributed teams.
