Manager, Fan Engagement FONO

How we LEAD:

We are currently seeking a Manager, Fan Engagement (Mexican Music) on our team. The Manager will be responsible for providing qualitative fan insights of an artist ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, community engagement, and content creation tailored to the unique culture of mexican music fans. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and growing fan or genre accounts with significant followings and engagement. You will focus on building sustainable fan growth, deepening fan relationships, and creating connected digital ecosystems that support our artists and projects.

How you’ll CREATE:

• •Fan Sentiment Monitoring and Social Listening: To be able to track conversations on social media towards artists on the genre on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, Reddit and translate them into actionable strategies for fan engagement.
• •Genre culture Engagement and fan network building: Build and maintain relations with Mexican music fans, and drive collections of artists, memes, and short-form subcultures for engagement and fostering community.
• •Community Engagement and content ideation: Analyze existing artist fan communities to develop content strategies that resonate with fans and encourage engagement. Also, to develop ideas to maintain a steady flow of fan engaging content to drive new audiences to an artist project.
• •Artist Analysis and Strategy: Monitor and analyze an artist network to understand their fandom, culture, drivers and be able to build an archetype to strategize upon.
• •Fan Acquisition and customer journey: Help to design customer journeys, fan clubs, and VIP experiences to maximize engagement.
• •Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices.
• •Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working alongside marketing, A&R, e-commerce teams, and artist management to ensure strategy success.

Bring your VIBE:

• •Experience: +3 years in digital marketing, community management, or CRM within the music or entertainment industry. Deep knowledge of viral trends, platform best practices (TikTok, Instagram, etc.), and direct-to-fan ecosystems.
• •Skills: Strong understanding of social and blogging platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Discord, Reddit, vlogs, etc) and their respective algorithms and analytics tools. Strong data analytics and analysis skills.
• •Creativity: Ability to ideate compelling ideas of shareable content that resonates with Mexican music fans and that connects with an artist audience.
• •Community Insight: Deep knowledge of Mexican music culture, fan communities, and current trends, and be able to differentiate all those audiences.
• •Analytical Ability: Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.
• •Networking: Experience in building and maintaining networks of fans to enhance content reach and engagement.
• •Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (fluency on both expected).

• •Ability to deliver reporting and insights, feedback con fan engagement and strategy effectiveness through a variety of internal stakeholders.
• •Ambitious, self-starter requiring minimal direction. Must thrive in a team environment but be able to take initiative and work independently.
• •Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Salary Range:

$81,500.00 - $85,000.00
