Manager (Finacle)

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions

• •Manage customer and multivendor relationships and experience across banking technology engagements
• •Customize and support Finacle, covering end-to-end architecture and interfaces including FEBA, DEH, Finacle Integrator, and C24
• •Oversee and manage UPI transactions from a technical perspective for large-scale banking operations
• •Administer EOD/BOD processes, batch jobs, and cron jobs within the Finacle environment
• •Apply knowledge of Finacle table structures and interest application processes to support banking functions
• •Support functional aspects of Loans, Deposits, and General Ledger modules

Basic Qualifications

• •Science or Commerce Graduate, preferably Graduate in Engineering / PGDCM / MBA / MCA / PGDGM / BE / B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent or higher qualification
• •Total experience of 15 years, with a minimum of 7 years' experience working in a PMO team
• •Hands-on experience in Finacle customization and support, with strong understanding of end-to-end architecture and interfaces including FEBA, DEH, Finacle Integrator, and C24
• •Proven experience managing UPI transactions from a technical perspective for a large bank operating across 3,000+ branches in India
• •Strong knowledge of EOD/BOD processes, Finacle table structures, batch jobs, cron jobs, interest application, and functional aspects of Loans, Deposits, and General Ledger
• •Engagement experience with at least one Scheduled Commercial Bank in India having more than 3,000 branches in the last 3 years
• •Ability to work as part of a 24x7 operations team
• •Excellent oral and written communication skills
• •Ability to work independently and as a team player
• •At least one of the following certifications: ITIL 4, PMP, or Prince-2
• •Strong problem determination and resolution skills
