Manager, Financial & Payment Operations

• This role will lead the operational execution of a complex healthcare payments ecosystem spanning payment processing, settlements, reconciliation, collections, and money movement.
• You will play a central role in modernizing payment infrastructure and building scalable operational processes that support continued growth.
• The position combines payments expertise, operational leadership, analytics, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• You will work closely with Finance, Product, Engineering, Compliance, Customer Operations, and external financial partners.
• A key focus will be improving payment accuracy, automating manual workflows, strengthening controls, and resolving operational exceptions.
• You will also establish performance metrics and reporting that provide clear visibility into payment and collections operations.
