Manager für Projekt IT-Sicherheit (m/w/d) Level 1

Rheinmetall Electronics GmbH in Bremen

  • Erstellung und Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitskonzepten nach Kundenvorgaben (z.B. gemäß BSI IT-Grundschutz unter Einsatz entsprechender IT-Grundschutztools sowie internationaler Standards für IT- / Informationssicherheit)
  • Bei Bedarf Konzeption von Produktanpassungen sowie Kontrolle der korrekten Umsetzung in der Entwicklung
  • Durchführung von internen sowie externen Workshops und Schulungen
  • Mitarbeit an der Angebotserstellung in nationalen und internationalen Projekten
  • Kalkulationen und Konzepterstellung im Umfeld der IT-Sicherheit von neuen und bestehenden Projekten
  • Identifizierung, Dokumentation, Risikoeinschätzung und Kommunikation von Sicherheitslücken sowie Beratung der Kunden hinsichtlich Lösungsalternativen
  • Installation und Konfiguration dieser Lösung beim Kunden und Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen
  • Steuerung von zugewiesenen Mitarbeitern für Projekt IT-Sicherheit

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik mit Schwerpunkt IT-Sicherheit oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen wie Fachausbildung mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit IT-Grundschutztools (z.B. SAVe-Tool)
  • Langjährige Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Umsetzung von IT- und Informationssicherheitskonzepten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement und Projekt Segmentführung
  • Gutes Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Hohe interkulturelle Kompetenz und Bereitschaft in einem internationalen Umfeld zu arbeiten
  • Weltweite Reisebereitschaft
  • Zielorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse sich ständig im Bereich IT-Sicherheit weiterzuentwickeln
  • Hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
