  • Develop and optimize always-on campaign performance through testing, data-driven insights, and continuous improvement across paid media, organic, and owned channels
  • Drive a deep understanding of RBC Direct Investing’s market positioning, product offerings, and competitive landscape, translating value propositions into client-centric messaging
  • Support macro, category, and consumer trend analysis to inform strategy and identify innovative acquisition and engagement opportunities

  • Contribute to a high-performing team by fostering a culture with a growth mindset, passion for creativity and bold thinking, experimentation, solution orientation, and intrinsic curiosity

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple cross-functional teams and matrix organizations while adapting and thriving in a rapidly evolving, agile environment
  • Demonstrated track record of strategic thinking ("why" in addition to "what"), with strong client focus and the ability to influence across a complex organization
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and interpersonal skills with a passion for innovation and challenging the status quo; skilled in stakeholder management and building buy-in through influence and collaboration

Nice-to-have

  • MBA and/or marketing certifications
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms or marketing analytics tools
