We recently migrated our GTM tech stack from Salesforce to HubSpot and are looking for a GTM Systems leader to take the architecture from "migrated" to "scaled" . This person will own the end-to-end design, governance, and execution of our GTM systems, ensuring the CRM, quoting, and adjacent tooling support the business as we grow . This is a hands-on leadership role where you will set the architecture and roadmap, manage a small team to execute against it, and stay close enough to the system to build and troubleshoot yourself when needed .
