What you will be working on

Develop business opportunities in PEALD market at TSMC

Identify customer’s key opinion leaders and build strong relationships

Work closely with business units to drive product penetrations

Create well throughout business plans and account profiles. Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals

Monitor market competitions and customer trends. Analyze and proactively respond to the changes to keep Company and products competitive

Ensure all customer related matters are addressed and attended well

What we are looking for

BS/BE or above

7+ years proven experiences in Sales, Account Manager or relevant role

3+ years experiences working with TSMC in Thin Film deposition products

Good prioritizing capability, self-motivated and passionate

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English

Strong negotiation skill with well planned & aligned strategies to close deals for maximized benefits for the Company

Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
