A career in our Tax Reporting and Strategy practice, within Innovation services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients’ tax departments redesign, redefine, and redeploy tax to be a strategic asset across the enterprise. You’ll focus on assisting clients incorporate increased automation in the tax reporting process, increase analytic capabilities through data integration, and create solid internal controls that will enable the Tax function to deliver better quality output and contribute more strategically to organisational decision making.

As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Lead payroll, accounting and tax compliance processes for various companies.

Required skills and qualification:

Bachelor’s degree preferable in: Finance, accounting or economics;

Working experience of 5-8 years in accounting, fin/tax audit or related fields;

Knowledge of IFRS and tax legislation;

Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word), working experience in ERP systems;

Fluency in Georgian and strong, advanced verbal and writing skills in English;

Strong analytical, communication skills and attention to details;

Ability to work with a large amount of data, analytical mind, ability to work in a team and communicate results;

Interest in developing his/her career in Taxation and Accounting;

Self-motivation, ability to work under pressure;

Self-discipline, accuracy and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines;

Capable of working in a team environment.
