Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Identifikation und Bewertung passender Zielunternehmen im Mittelstand
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Ansprache potenzieller Transaktionspartner
  • Direkte Kontaktaufnahme mit Entscheidungsträgern per Telefon, E-Mail und Brief
  • Qualifizierung und Konvertierung von Leads in konkrete Opportunitäten
  • Verwaltung und Nachverfolgung von Vertraulichkeitserklärungen und relevanten Dokumenten
  • Enge Abstimmung mit dem Deal-Team zur Übergabe und Weiterentwicklung qualifizierter Leads

Erfahrung und Qualifikationen

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Origination, Business Development oder Vertrieb – nicht zwingend im Umfeld von Corporate Finance, M&A oder Private Equity
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Affinität zur telefonischen Ansprache von Unternehmern
  • Grundkenntnisse in Unternehmensbewertung, Finanzanalyse oder Transaktionsprozessen von Vorteil, aber nicht notwendig
  • Selbstbewusstes, verbindliches Auftreten gegenüber Geschäftsführern und Gesellschaftern
  • Strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenmotivation
  • Teilzeit oder Flexible Arbeitszeitmodell möglich
