Requirements

Primary Duties:

• •Run our location operations alongside our management team to ensure a smooth process for staff and customers. You will be responsible for properly opening and closing locations, equipment maintenance, employee scheduling, metrics reporting, and customer satisfaction.
• •Maintain a clean and organized location and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• •Interview, hire, and train employees.

Qualifications/Skills:

• •Experience working with customers (Hospitality, Retail, etc.)
• •You must be willing to work outside during all seasons
• •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• •Basic Computer/Point-of-Sales knowledge
• •Bilingual a plus
• •Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• •Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
• •Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds
• •Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
• •Move safely over wet or uneven terrain and in confined spaces

Pay: $20.00/hour

Experience level: 1 year
