Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Institutional and Cross Border Valuations team at the Manager level. This position focuses on executing multiple market valuations across the Asia Pacific region. You will support the team leader in the production and delivery of valuation and consultancy services while collaborating with JLL colleagues globally.

Key Responsibilities

• •Manage the full lifecycle of property valuations from initial instruction and data gathering to final report delivery and client presentation.
• •Execute complex cross border and multiple market valuations, ensuring strict compliance with international valuation standards and local regulatory requirements.
• •Support the team leader in the production, quality assurance, and delivery of premium valuation and consultancy services.
• •Collaborate seamlessly with JLL teams, regional directors, and global colleagues to facilitate international transactions and portfolio valuations.
• •Analyse complex financial models, market data, and information specific to the property to derive accurate valuations.
• •Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, fund managers, and internal stakeholders.
• •Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the valuation team.

Requirements and Qualifications

• •University degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• •Professional accreditation with a recognised valuation body such as RICS, API, or an equivalent institution is highly desirable.
• •Proven experience at the Manager level or equivalent within institutional real estate valuation, specifically handling cross border and multiple market portfolios.
• •Comprehensive understanding of valuation methodologies, financial modelling, and investment analysis.
• •Fluent spoken and written English is strictly required, with the demonstrated ability to draft highly technical and professional valuation reports.
• •Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex assignments simultaneously.
• •Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for work across the Asia Pacific region and globally as required.
