  • In dieser Funktion tragen Sie die Verantwortung für die Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Aktivitäten in den Bereichen Fertigung, Montage, Integration und Test und leisten damit einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Projekte.
  • Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung sowie Koordination aller Aktivitäten in den Bereichen Fertigung, Montage, Integration und Test für zugewiesene Projekte
  • -
  • Entwicklung, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung effizienter Fertigungs-, Montage- und Teststrategien sowie -prozesse
  • -
  • Verantwortung für die Budgetplanung, -überwachung und -kontrolle im eigenen Zuständigkeitsbereich
  • -
  • Definition, Überwachung und Analyse von Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs) zur Sicherstellung einer kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung
  • -
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Umweltstandards (SQE) über den gesamten Produktionszyklus hinweg
  • -
  • Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung von Risiken sowie Lösung technischer Herausforderungen und Abweichungen
  • -
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Entwicklung, Einkauf und Qualitätssicherung

  • Regelmäßiges Reporting an die Geschäftsleitung zu Projektfortschritt, Performance und Zielerreichung
  • Fachliche Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Luft- und Raumfahrt oder eine, durch Berufserfahrung erworbene, vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Produktionsplanung und -steuerung,
  • Erfahrung im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement
  • Erfahrung im Changemanagement
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
