• •Manufacturing manager’s role is to lead production team to meet the goals and the objectives on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost Reduction by utilizing operator’s skill, capability and process equipment
• •And to create 6S based culture in order to become “Amazing Plant”.

In this role you will:

• •Lead the team to become Liquid Filter Production Cell as “Grate Place to Work”
• •Build safe manufacturing shop floor and process.
• •Reduce quality complains and issues
• •Develop and grow employees
• •Make good relationship with related functions and customers globally.
