### About this Position

### What you´ll do

  • Lab management with personnel responsibility
  • Scientific leadership in microscopy and analytical investigations of surfaces and interfaces
  • Development and implementation of appropriate analytical strategies, including cross-functional coordination of suitable methodologies
  • Development and validation of test methods, as well as creation of new analytical services
  • Customer consulting and support, including presentation of analytical results

### What makes you a good fit

  • Master degree in Physics, Physical Chemistry or similar
  • 5 years of relevant scientific work experience, preferably in XPS, shown by PhD or relevant project publications
  • Instrumental proficiency with microscopic equipment, like SEM/TEM, EDX, XPS, AFM
  • Ideally, first experience as a service provider in an ISO 17025 accredited environment
  • Fluent German and English skills
