Job Description:

For our Glass Recycling site is Sheffield, we are recruiting a Manager Operations.

Within the Glass Recycling Cluster, the Manager Operations organizes, optimizes and continually improves the operational, production and maintenance activities, taking into account the Sibelco Values and policies.

• The Operations Manager has to drive his/her operational organization in order to maintain and develop the processing plants of the Cluster to guarantee:
• •Zero Harm approach to operational safety.
• •First-class service to the customer.
• •Best competitive cost position (cost reduction, increase site yield, better value- products, better
• processes, product management and production scheduling).
• •Highest standard of the Industry in term of processes, quality, environment and legal obligation
• respect and health and safety.
• •Continuity in time of the mining and processing activities.
• •Development of talent, competence and career progression of staff within the area.
• •Implementation of the Operation Excellence principles and tools
