  • Lagerprozesse und die Weiterentwicklung von Projekten Fachliche und
  • disziplinarische Führung des operativen Managements Zuständigkeit
  • für eine hohe Zufriedenheit unserer Kund:innen Kennzahlenbasierende
  • Planung Entwicklung, Begleitung und Kontrolle von Projekten auf
  • Prozessebene Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Überwachung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der
  • Qualität, Arbeitssicherheit und der Produktivität
  • Kundenkommunikation Implementierung von Neuprojekten nach Bedarf und
  • Übernahme des Projektmanagements Erstellung und Auswertung von
  • verschiedenen Statistiken Dein Profil Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
  • in der Logistik oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium in der
  • Logistik Einschlägige Erfahrungen im Logistikbereich und Führung von
  • Mitarbeitenden Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office und
  • Lagerverwaltungssystemen Hohes Prozessverständnis und
  • Zahlenaffinität Selbständige, verantwortungsbewusste und
  • strukturierte Arbeitsweise Motivation, Teamfähigkeit und hohe
  • Einsatzbereitschaft Sicherheits- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsstark mit offener Persönlichkeit, die gerne
  • Entscheidungen trifft, Prozesse strukturiert umsetzt und deren
