Manager - Order Management

• •BE with 7 to 10 years of experience
• •Lead planning, disposition and control of all customer orders from order entry to delivery

Track all open orders and improve delivery reliability (on‑time delivery) in close collaboration with Supply Chain, Production and Logistics.

• •Ensure transparent communication with customers and Sales on order status and identify potential delays or bottlenecks at an early stage.
• •Align with Global Order Management on revenue, delivery performance and problem‑solving
• •Harmonize and automate Order Management processes in alignment with IT and Global OM
• •Define and document standard operating procedures and ensure adherence.
• •Use and further develop the Flender Analytic Cloud (FAC) for KPIs and decision‑making
• •Act as key business partner for the SAP S/4HANA transformation in Order-to-Cash
• •Several years of experience in Order Management / Customer Service / Supply Chain, incl. leadership
• •Strong expertise in order‑to‑cash processes and delivery performance
• •Experience with SAP ERP; SAP S/4HANA and BI/analytics tools (e.g. SAC) are a plus
• •Very good English skills and strong stakeholder management
• •Hands‑on, analytical, and comfortable in an international environment
