  • Program Management
  • 1. Lead in evaluating and researching the effectiveness and efficiency of process, policies and procedures,
  • identifying the direct and indirect costs and effects of policies
  • 2. Provide expertise and project leadership in planning, research, development and implementation of
  • optimization advice through sound research and analytics.
  • 3. Lead in supporting different project workstreams, and manage overall program activities, plans, and
  • schedules associated with deliverables and milestones.
  • 4. Monitor current business performance and support business areas in developing KPIs. Provide insights,
  • flags, and reports that nurture and promote a data driven decision making culture.
  • 5. Develop and nurture strong, positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure engagement and
  • delivery of projects/initiatives.
  • 6. Designs and manages programme governance to achieve coherent decision-making, effective
  • management of programme risks.
  • 7. Oversees the preparation, review and reporting of project progress against: (i) agreed milestones; and (ii)
  • achievement of benefits against strategy-driven targets
  • 8. Initiates and facilitates deep dive reviews, where appropriate, of ‘at risk’ projects to identify and address
  • issues and effectively mitigate risks that threaten the achievement of the overall goals.
  • 9. Identifies and calls out emerging risks and potential roadblocks to successful implementation early.
  • 10. Promotes new thinking, creative solutions and ways of working to address issues and mitigate risks.
  • 11. Reviews strategic direction at regular intervals and proposes course-correcting actions where appropriate.
  • 12. Role models the behaviors that underpin the organization’s values and reinforces their importance in
  • interactions at all levels in the organization
  • Communication Management
  • 1. Lead in the development of a communication strategy for internal and external audiences and
  • coordinates its implementation
  • 2. In collaboration with the project team, assists in the drafting and editing of reports, special papers,
  • reviews, newsletter articles, manuscripts and other documents for publication or presentation.
  • 3. Prepares reports and briefing notes on project outputs for different audiences.
  • 4. On occasion, makes presentations and/or represents the PMT office at selected meetings, conferences,
  • workshops.
  • Knowledge Management
  • 1. Lead in the analysis about program outcomes based on an overall program perspective to contribute to
  • team learning and discussions on future programming.
  • 2. Synthesize project results and other outputs as well as lessons learned for wider dissemination outside
  • the Portfolio Management Team.
  • 3. Reviews project and program material and prepares synthesis documents of results, decisions, and
  • directions for team discussion.
  • 4. Research specific topics of interest to the program to enrich the knowledge of team members and to
  • move the program forward.
  • Essential Eligibility Criteria
  • ● BS Engineering/Business Management/Project Management or related courses preferably with Master’s
  • degree and with strategic management consulting background.
  • ● With appropriate professional qualifications / experience in program management or experience of working
  • at a senior level in a complex environment, managing multiple transformation projects with a range of
  • stakeholders
