• Key responsibilities in your new role

Develop, coordinate and approve qualification plans and guide the implementation in the reliability lab- Support and lead globally acting Q-teams and collaborate with Marketing, Development, Project Management and our global production sites- Analyze qualification results, prepare reports and communicate with internal and external stakeholders- Perform project and product-specific risk assessments (e.g. quality, costs, time) to support product definition and development- Serve as quality manager for product lifecycle for a designated group of products by driving customer requests, internal change management and incident handling- Guide problem-solving during quality incidents together with the developers and manufacturing sites in cooperation with customers- Act as a contact partner for quality issues

You combine a strategic mindset with sound risk judgment and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. You build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively across international teams.

A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field - At least 5 years of experienc e in Quality Management, Product or Technology Development, or Project Management —ideally in the semiconductor industry- Hands-on experience with quality and problem-solving methods such as FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma, and 5 Whys, plus proven data analysis skills , is a strong advantage- Experience with reliability testing is an advantage- Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with customers - Fluent English and good German communication skills
