Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erkennen und Bewerten aktueller Markt- und Food-Trends
  • Impulsgeber neuer Produktideen im Bereich Snacks & Backwaren
  • Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Backhaus, Marketing und Einkauf
  • Konzeption und Durchführung von praxisnahen Verkaufstrainings
  • Unterstützung bei Warenpräsentation, Storytelling und Visual Merchandising
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Sortiments und Inspiration für das Team

Ihr Profil

  • Leidenschaft für gutes Essen, Snacks Handwerksqualität
  • Erfahrung im Food-, Gastronomie- oder Bäckereiumfeld
  • Kreativität, Eigeninitiative und Unternehmergeist
  • Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Begeisterungsfähigkeit
  • Freude daran, andere anzustecken und mitzunehmen
  • Hands-on-Mentalität – du liebst es, Ideen sofort in die Tat umzusetzen
