Job Description:

Quality Management

• •Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with company and customer requirements.
• •Ensure compliance with applicable standards, including SQF, HACCP, and GMP, or other industry-specific quality systems.
• •Lead internal and external audits and coordinate corrective actions.
• •Manage customer complaints, non-conformance investigations, internal defects, and quality improvement activities.
• •Responsible for monitoring process data, validating check frequency per the corporate requirements, and reporting concerns to supervision.
• •Operate several web-based databases for quality data and supplier performance.
• •Establish and monitor quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting systems.
• •Oversee product and process quality assurance activities.
• •Ensure effective control of documentation, specifications, procedures, and work instructions.
• •Lead supplier quality improvement efforts and collaborate with procurement on supplier performance issues.
• •Maintain quality equipment through calibration and external repair.
• •Review all process control records, spoilage collections, and entry of all defective material related data.

Continuous Improvement

• •Develop and execute strategic continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• •Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and waste reduction activities.
• •Facilitate cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
• •Champion problem-solving methodologies such as:
• •Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• •8D
• •PDCA
• •DMAIC

• •Monitor project effectiveness and sustain gains through standardization and control plans.
• •Drive productivity, efficiency, cost reduction, and operational excellence programs.

Leadership & Team Development

• •Lead, coach, and develop quality and continuous improvement personnel.
• •Train employees in quality tools, Lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• •Foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, and operational excellence.
• •Collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering, supply chain, and customer service teams.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• •Analyze quality and operational performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• •Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI scorecards.
• •Utilize statistical analysis tools to support process improvements.
• •Present findings and recommendations to plant and senior leadership
