We Are Hiring | Quality Manager – QA/QC

Location: Chakan, Pune

Project Type: Industrial Construction

Experience: 10+ Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee overall Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities for industrial construction projects.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor project quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and quality procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards.
  • Supervise site inspections, material testing, workmanship, and construction quality at all project stages.
  • Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Identify non-conformities, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure corrective and preventive actions.
  • Plan and conduct quality audits and ensure proper maintenance of quality documentation and inspection records.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the QA/QC team to achieve project quality objectives.
  • Monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement in construction processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 10++ years of relevant experience in QA/QC, preferably in industrial construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, inspection procedures, and quality documentation.
  • Proven experience in managing quality teams and coordinating with project stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
