Job Description

Visa is seeking a Manager of Sponsorship Go-To-Market and Sales Enablement, Global Marketing Services to develop and execute go-to-market and sales enablement initiatives across Visa's sports and gaming sponsorship portfolio. Reporting to the Sports & Gaming Lead, this role will translate sponsorship assets, audience opportunities, and commercial inputs into compelling client propositions that regional teams can confidently take to market.

The Manager will develop sales plays for priority audience and client segments, defining whom to target, how to position each opportunity, and which use cases and activation ideas are most relevant. To bring those plays to market, the Manager will create client-facing decks, narratives, playbooks, and other sell-in materials and support regional teams on priority opportunities, improving speed, consistency, and effectiveness in market.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong commercial storytelling, project management, and cross-functional coordination. The successful candidate will connect sponsorship strategy, client needs, pricing and packaging inputs, and regional feedback to create repeatable materials and programs that support pipeline growth and client engagement.

About Marketing Services

Develop scalable sales plays that define priority audiences and clients, relevant business needs, use cases, activation ideas, and positioning.

Translate sponsorship assets into clear client propositions, package concepts, and pitch narratives.

Partner with Commercial Strategy & Asset Management to ensure propositions reflect approved pricing, packaging, inventory, delivery requirements, and financial objectives.

Create go-to-market materials and content

Create and maintain client-facing decks, pitch narratives, one-pagers, playbooks, case studies, conversation guides, and other sales enablement materials.

Develop modular content that can be adapted by region, client type, audience, and business objective while maintaining a consistent global story.

Coordinate with Brand, Global Sponsorships, Legal, Content, and other partners to ensure materials are accurate, differentiated, and ready for market.

Support regional teams and priority opportunities

Equip regional Marketing Services and client-facing teams with tools, guidance, and talk tracks to identify and advance opportunities.

Manage defined enablement workstreams and support priority pitches through proposition development, package selection, narrative refinement, and presentation preparation.

Gather regional and client feedback to identify barriers, strengthen materials, and improve future sales plays.

Manage go-to-market execution and optimization

Develop and maintain go-to-market plans that identify target clients and priority use cases, define how teams will engage those clients, and set launch timing, required materials, and measures of success.

Track execution milestones and assess pipeline signals, adoption of enablement materials, and asset utilization insights. Use these findings to prioritize enablement efforts and identify content gaps.

Maintain common templates, standards, and best practices that improve consistency, collaboration, and speed to market across regions.

This is a hybrid position. The expectation for days in the office will be confirmed by the hiring manager.
