About the Role

We are looking for a Manager – Talent Acquisition to own end-to-end hiring across multiple business functions and build high-quality talent pipelines.

The role involves partnering closely with business leaders, driving sourcing strategy, managing hiring delivery, and continuously improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across tech, product, business, operations, and corporate functions .
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring requirements and deliver recruitment plans aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social platforms, agencies, and other relevant channels.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, competitor hiring analysis, and market research.
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and closure.
  • Drive a strong candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and effective stakeholder coordination.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely hiring delivery.
  • Contribute to improvements across recruitment processes, tools, automation, and sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure effective use of the ATS and maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.

Requirements

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant HR qualification.
  • Experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition, preferably in a high-growth startup, B2C/B2B, product, internet, or technology environment .
  • Strong ability to manage hiring across multiple functions and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to independently manage hiring requirements and recruitment pipelines from initiation through closure.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing, talent mapping, screening, interview processes, offer management, and recruitment operations.
  • Good understanding of HR fundamentals and processes .
  • Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ownership, initiative, execution focus, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience across both tech and non-tech hiring .
  • Experience supporting hiring in a scaling or high-growth organization.
  • Exposure to recruitment automation, AI-enabled hiring tools, or process improvement initiatives .
  • Experience with campus hiring and talent pipelining.
