Manager (Tax Service Delivery, Compliance Strategy & Service)

[What you will be working on]

• •Carry out effective & appropriate enforcement actions against taxpayers who do not file tax returns/accounts on time and who do not pay tax assessed in a timely manner
• •Provide assistance to taxpayers via telephone or through written correspondence
• •Support the Manager and supervisors on technical, systems and procedural issues that may arise from complex situations
• •Be involved in various projects to improve the service delivery, voluntary compliance and education of taxpayers

[What we are looking for]

• •Diploma/Degree in any discipline
• •Experience in customer service, good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• •Ability to question, probe and analyse
• •Organized and systematic in handling data
• •Resourceful and able to work independently in a team environment
