This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Total Rewards based in United States.
- The Manager, Total Rewards will lead the strategy, design, administration, and compliance of compensation, benefits, payroll, and broader total rewards programs.
- This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational ownership across a fully remote workforce of more than 400 employees.
- You will use market data, compensation analysis, and internal equity insights to shape competitive and sustainable rewards programs.
- The position will oversee annual compensation cycles, variable compensation, benefits administration, payroll operations, and health plan strategy.
- You will also serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, translating complex payroll, benefits, and regulatory matters into practical solutions.
- As the function grows, you will build scalable processes and develop a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to expand operational capacity.
- The ideal candidate is analytical, highly detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to balance long-term strategy with precise day-to-day execution.
