  • IHR AUFGABENGEBIET
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Vertriebsinnendiensts
  • Verantwortung für alle Arbeitsabläufe innerhalb der Verkaufsadministration sowie die Kapazitätssteuerung bei Engpässen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit allen vor- und nachgeschalteten Abteilungen im Sinne der Prozessoptimierung
  • Überwachung der Leadtime der Produktgruppen und Kommunikation an Kunden
  • Erfassung von Reklamationen sowie Unterstützung, Koordination und Nachverfolgung mit QS und Kunden
  • Reporting, z.B. monatlich OTIF mit Angabe der Abweichungsgründe
  • Erstellen von Monats- und Jahresabschluss Sales inklusive Rückstellungen und Koordination der Boni-Abrechnung
  • IHR ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL
  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
  • Alternativ kaufmännische Ausbildung und Weiterbildung zum Industriefachwirt
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb eines Industrieunternehmens
  • Erste Führungserfahrung
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse, Kenntnisse einer weiteren romanischen Sprache von Vorteil
  • Gute MS-Office sowie ERP-Kenntnisse
  • Prozessoptimiertes Denken
  • Entscheidungs- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Belastbarkeit
  • Hohe Ergebnisorientierung
