Der Verein Frauenzentrum Neustadt/Weinstraße sucht ab sofort  oder später   und vorerst befristet auf ein Jahr, einen sozialpädagogischen Mitarbeiter auf Stundenbasis (Geringfügige-Beschäftigung), für die Arbeit mit Kindern im Frauenhaus.

Gesucht wird ein Sozialpädagoge/Sozialarbeiter (Diplom, BA), ein Erzieher oder eine männliche studentische Hilfskraft  mit einem Stundenumfang von ca. 2-3 Stunden in der Woche (bevorzugt Freitag nachmittags).

Aufgaben:

Sie führen zusammen mit der Mitarbeiterin des Kinderbereiches oder eigenverantwortlich alters- und geschlechtsspezifische Gruppen- und Einzelangebote für die im Haus lebenden Jungen und Mädchen durch. Sie sind hierbei Vertrauens- und Betreuungsperson, erfüllen aber auch eine Vorbildfunktion, indem Sie den Kindern vorleben, wie man Konflikte oder Frustrationen ohne Gewalt bearbeitet.

Gefragt sind: 

  • Empathie, Einfühlungsvermögen und Parteilichkeit
  • Feministische und Rassismus-kritische Grundhaltung
  • Selbstständige und flexible Arbeitsweise und Belastbarkeit
  • Reflexions- und Konfliktfähigkeit

Wünschenswert:

  • Kenntnisse zum Thema Gewalt in engen sozialen Beziehungen
  • Erfahrung in Umgang mit Kindern und Jugendlichen
  • Führerschein
  • Fremdsprachenkenntnisse
