Earn a $1000 bonus! This role qualifies for a $1000 Hiring Bonus if you are hired and start working by November 30, 2026 . Depending on the position and meeting eligibility requirements, the bonus is paid after 90 days of employment.

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Manual Welder to join our team. You will be responsible for performing high-quality MIG and/or TIG welding on steel and stainless steel components. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read complex blueprints, and a commitment to maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

2nd Shift Schedule: 3pm - 11pm

• Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.20*
• Additional 10% differential for 2nd Shift
• *Includes shift differential for 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• •Perform MIG and TIG operations on various metal components, ensuring all welds meet structural and aesthetic specifications
• •Interpret engineering drawings, technical blueprints, and weld symbols to determine project requirements
• •Conduct thorough visual inspections and use precision measuring tools (calipers, squares, tape measures) to ensure parts meet tolerances
• •Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and maintain a clean, organized workstation
• •Meet or exceed daily production quotas while minimizing scrap and rework

Qualifications

• •Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in MIG and/or TIG welding, specifically working with steel and/or stainless steel in a production environment
• •High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• •Current welding certification (AWS or equivalent) is highly preferred
• •Proficiency in identifying metal types, gauges, and various hardware components
• •Must be able to stand for long periods and be capable of lifting up to 80 pounds regularly
• •Candidates must successfully pass a hands-on welding test as part of the interview process
• •Requirement to wear all mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including a welding helmet, gloves, and steel-toed boots
