We are seeking a driven, results focused DMC Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution with our Design Manufacture Construct (DMC) delivery model. This role requires a strategic thinker, proactive leader and collaborative problem solver who can manage complex projects while aligning cross functional teams to deliver high quality modular building solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• •Lead and manage complex, fast paced projects from initiation through closeout.
• •Serve as a hands-on, leader driving safety, quality, budget, and schedule performance.
• •Act as a client focused communicator, managing relationships, reporting, and expectations.
• •Coordinate with cross functional teams across Design, Manufacturing, Construction, and Logistics.
• •Collaborate with field teams to ensure efficient, well planned site execution.
• •Manage subcontractors, trade partners, and internal stakeholders.
• •Oversee project financials, forecasting, change management and reporting.
• •Support estimating efforts with a data driven and analytical approach.
• •Develop accurate cost models, estimates, and project assumptions.
• •Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• •Lead structured program launches with clear schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• •Identify risks and opportunities with a forward thinking, proactive mindset.
• •Ensure timely and efficient project closeout.
• •Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and team members.
• •Capture and communicate lessons learned to support continuous improvement.

Job Skills & Qualifications

• •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• •Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or manufacturing.
• •Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• •Ability to manage schedules and interpret technical drawings.
• •Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including design, manufacturing and construction disciplines.
• •Experience in a design-build or modular construction environment.
• •Ability to thrive in a high growth innovative organization.
