Manufacturing Engineer

What You'll Do

Develop, implement, and refine manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and improve resource management.

Collaborate with design and production teams to improve product quality and performance.

Complete root cause analysis and resolution of production issues.

Implement automation technologies to streamline assembly and testing processes.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Build and maintain tools, fixtures, and equipment used in slot machine manufacturing.

Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to improve material quality and sourcing efficiency.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Assess manufacturing processes, workstations, tools, and equipment for safety and ergonomic risks.

Implement engineering controls to improve safety, ergonomics, efficiency, and compliance.

Perform FEA to validate the strength, stiffness, fatigue, and safety of manufacturing equipment, tooling, and fixtures.

Perform kinematics analysis to validate equipment motion, clearances, loads, and cycle performance.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering (or comparable experience).

More than 4 years of experience working in manufacturing engineering roles, ideally within the gaming or electronics sector.

Solid understanding of CAD software, i.e. AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc., automation systems, and process optimization techniques.

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality control principles.

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment involving use of PPE, general purpose hand-tools, and lifting loads up to 50lbs.
